CORE Services

CORE Engineering Inc. provides to their clients, economical, efficient and code compliant designs based on current technology and construction methods. Some of the services offered include:

MECHANICAL: Complete design and construction supervision for mechanical building systems including: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, sprinkler, fire suppression, refrigeration, mechanical processes and control systems.

ELECTRICAL: Complete design and construction supervision for electrical building systems including: service entrance and distribution, interior and exterior lighting, exit and emergency lighting, heating, fire alarm, intrusion alarm, and data and voice infrastructures.

In addition to the general mechanical and electrical building systems design mentioned above, CORE also provides the following specific services:

Energy Management: Energy audits for buildings and industrial processes; preparation of drawings for energy retrofit of buildings and energy management studies.

Heat Pump Technology: Heat pump system designs consisting of ground source, air-to-air, water-to-air or closed-loop type systems with economical analysis provided when required.

Control Systems: Direct Digital Controls (D.D.C.) design to control and monitor temperatures, time of day, air-flows, operational features of equipment and graphic displays and modem connection for remote monitoring. These systems are very effective for minimizing energy consumption and operational troubleshooting.

Industrial Refrigeration: Mechanical refrigeration designs for chill rooms, cold storage rooms, blast freezers and arenas utilizing ammonia or new environmentally friendly refrigerants.

Petroleum Industry: Mechanical pumping and piping distribution systems for oil, gas, propane and mud systems. Design of foam proportioning and monitor fire suppression systems. Design of ASME pressure vessels.

Propane Systems: Design of propane piping and distribution systems for industrial and commercials applications

Power Quality: Design of power quality infrastructures into electrical systems to reduce harmonic content and power factor issues.
