Located in St. John’s, Newfoundland, this Centre provides lodging for the homeless, a health clinic, food bank, emergency disaster services, mental health services and drug addictions programs for those most vulnerable in our society.
Electrical services included: Electrical service and distribution including coordination with utility supplier, Lighting and controls, Life safety including emergency lighting and EXIT signage, Electric heat, Power to mechanical equipment, Wiring devices (receptacles), Emergency Power generation, Access control system, Intrusion Alarm system, Fire alarm system, CCTV system, Data/Tel System
Mechanical services included: Geothermal Heating & Air Conditioning System, Heat recovery for Residential Areas, Plumbing, Controls, Fire Protection and a fully featured Commercial Kitchen.
